The right of withdrawal has exceptions. It is, for example, excluded for the "supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized" (article L. 221-28 of the consumer code).

SOLD OUT models on the site can be built to order. We cannot restock all the time. The price remains the same but it takes time to build it around 2-3 weeks.
